What is the Lightbeam Genesis Pass?
The Lightbeam Genesis Pass is your all access pass to the world of TFB and our partner platform - Lightbeam.fi
Holders will be part of a private beta for the Lightbeam.fi platform where they will be able to deploy their very own Trust Fund Smart Contract at no cost. In addition, holders will pay $0 towards management fees associated with each Trust Fund (typically $3-5K USD annually) for the first year.
Genesis Pass holders will also get guaranteed allowlist access to our upcoming Trust Fund Babies drop and will always get first access to all TFB and Lightbeam products in addition to even more exciting perks along the way to help secure their financial legacy.
More than anything, our Genesis Pass represents a way for us to reward our early adopters for supporting us from the very beginning.

How did you come up with the mint price?
Typical cost of setting up an advanced Asset Protection Trust (DAPT or ING) - $10-20K USD
Typical cost of management fees - $3-5K USD annually (or 1-3% of assets under management)
Total Year 1 Cost - $15-25K USD
Is there a guaranteed mint allowlist?
We’ve integrated with Premint.xyz to help you secure your spot for our Genesis drop.
Simply register using your Metamask or other compatible wallet.
Registration for the allowlist will close on July 8th @ 11:59 PM Eastern Daylight Time.
How will Genesis Passes be distributed?
Allowlist holders will be allowed to mint during a 72 hour window beginning July 15th @ 9:00 AM EDT.
Based on demand we will release an additional limited quantity of passes during a 48 hour public sale beginning July 19th @ 9:00 AM EDT.
How many Passes can be minted per wallet?
Each allowlist spot grants 1 mint per wallet.
There will also be a 1 mint limit per wallet during the public sale.
Allowlist members will be allowed to mint during the public sale as well.
